Brabus is back again after showing off the Rocket GTS in October. They've introduced the Brabus 1000 ALL GRAY, a high-performance luxury car with a bold name and even bolder upgrades.
Based on the Powerful Mercedes-AMG S 63 E Performance
This custom car starts with the Mercedes-AMG S 63 E Performance, a hybrid luxury sedan. It comes with a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 engine, which delivers:
- 791 horsepower (hp)
- 1,055 lb-ft of torque
- A top speed of 180 mph (290 kph) (optional)
- 0 to 62 mph in just 3.3 seconds
But Brabus didn't stop there.
More Power: Engine Upgrades by Brabus
Brabus increased the engine size to 4.5 liters and made other performance upgrades. The result is an impressive 1,000 metric horsepower (985 bhp) and 735 kilowatts of power.
- Torque is now 1,342 lb-ft (1,820 Nm) but limited to 1,195 lb-ft (1,620 Nm) to protect the drivetrain.
- 0–62 mph time drops to just 3.1 seconds
- It goes from 0 to 124 mph (200 kph) in only 9.7 seconds
The top speed remains limited to 180 mph, which is still very fast for a luxury sedan.
Stylish All-Gray Design and Sporty Look
The Brabus 1000 ALL GRAY has a bold monochrome (all-gray) design inside and out.
Exterior Changes Include:
- A Brabus front spoiler with raised side flaps
- A new grille and rear diffuser
- Titanium/carbon tailpipes with lights
- A custom Brabus sports exhaust system
- 22-inch Brabus Monoblock Z Platinum Edition wheels in matching gray
- SportXtras suspension that lowers the car by 0.4 inches (10 mm)
Custom All-Gray Interior Design
Inside, the car features a tailor-made interior to match the outside.
- Custom gray upholstery
- Matching seats, headliner, and trim
- Even the seams and piping are gray
Everything follows the "all gray" theme, giving it a sleek and modern look.
How Much Does It Cost?
Brabus is open about its pricing. The cost of this upgraded Mercedes-AMG S 63 E is:
- €559,661.28, which is just under $600,000
That's enough to buy a new Rolls-Royce Phantom, which starts at around $500,000.
So, would you pick this powerful, custom S-Class by Brabus or a classic luxury Rolls-Royce?
